Use of the web site for Teatro Martini (the “Website”) is governed by its Terms of Use. As set forth in the Terms of Use, this document explains the privacy practices (the “Privacy Policy”) of the family of companies that provide the Teatro Martini experience in Florida and California (collectively, the “PDA Companies”). Please read the information below to learn what information the PDA Companies collect and how it is used.
You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use for the Website, and by accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Website.
The PDA Companies reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and the modifications, additions or deletions are effective immediately. You can determine if this Privacy Policy has been revised since your last visit by referring to the “Effective Date of Policy” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
Types of Information Collected.
The PDA Companies collect two types of information about visitors to the Website: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets the PDA Companies know specifics about you. When you engage in certain activities on the Website, such as requesting ordering tickets or signing up for the newsletter, the Website may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, the PDA Companies may ask that you provide personal information such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, credit card information and other personal identifying information. If you do not provide the required data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. The PDA Companies may gather certain information about you based on where you visit on the Website. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. Examples of the kind of information that may be collected include the uniform resource locator (“URL”) for the internet site that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. The Website also may store cookies on your computer.
A URL is the address of documents and other resources on the internet and a kind of Uniform Resource Identifier (URI). An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a network that uses transmission control protocol/internet protocol (“TCP/IP”) to control how information is routed around the network. The internet is an example of a network that uses the TCP/IP protocol. An IP address is assigned to your computer whenever you are using the internet and allows other computers on the internet to locate and identify your computer. The Collection and Use of Information.
The PDA Companies do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. As noted above, you provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to the PDA Companies when you order tickets to a show or signup for a newsletter.
In addition, the PDA Companies may also collect, either directly or through a third party service (e.g. Google Analytics), certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. In general, the PDA Companies uses this information to learn where visitors to the Website come from, how they interact with the Website and to generate reports about the use and interaction with the Website. The goal is to improve the quality of the Website and to increase the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
The PDA Companies primarily use Personally Identifiable Information to provide the requested services to you. The PDA Companies may use Personally Identifiable Information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding products and services offered by the PDA Companies. The Personally Identifiable Information also may be used to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce any agreements with the PDA Companies including, without limitation, the Website’s Terms of Use and this Private Policy.
How Information is Shared or Transferred.
The PDA Companies does not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others as part of its normal business operations. The PDA Companies may provide Personally Identifiable Information to third parties who provide services for the PDA Companies (collectively “Business Associates”). The use of your Personally Identifiable Information by these Business Associates is governed by the privacy policy of the respective Business Associate and is not subject to control by the PDA Companies.
The PDA Companies reserves the right to transfer any and all information that it collects from users of the Website, or that it otherwise collects in connection with the Website, to third parties, in the event of a sale, merger or transfer by one or more of the PDA Companies of all or any portion of their respective assets.
The PDA Companies also will disclose Personally Identifiable Information as required by law enforcement or judicial authorities including, without limitation, on receipt of a court order or subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. The PDA Companies reserve the right to report to law enforcement any activities that it believes to be unlawful.
Secure Transmission of Purchase Information.
When you purchase tickets to a show you must provide Personally Identifiable Information including credit card number and verification number. The Website uses industry standard secure sockets layer protocol, often abbreviated SSL, to encrypt the information when it is transmitted over internet. Encryption protects against an unauthorized third party from viewing the information during transmission.
Updating Personally Identifiable Information. You may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information by sending the revised information to the PDA Companies to the contact address identified on the Website. Please include your name, postal address, and e‑mail address. You may ask to have the information deleted or removed. However, because the PDA Companies does keep track of past transactions, it may not be able to delete information associated with these past transactions. In addition, the PDA Companies may not be able to completely delete your information because some residual information will be part of other business records such as computer storage backups.
Privacy Policies and Data Collection at any Third Party Site. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information by the PDA Companies. Other sites accessible through this Website have their own privacy policies and have their own data collection, use and disclosure practices. The PDA Companies is not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.
Under 13 Years Old.
In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), the PDA Companies will not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without first obtaining parental consent. Prior to providing any Personally Identifiable Information, children under the age of thirteen (13) must have a parent or legal guardian complete and return (by mail or fax) a Parental Consent Form to Teatro Martini, 7600 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA 90620; or by fax to: 714.690.1498. The consent form states that the child’s “Parent” or “Legal Guardian”, by his or her signature, consents to the collection and transfer of the child’s Personally Identifiable Information. Consent may be revoked by completing a ” the PDA Companies Revocation of Parental Consent Form” and sending it to the address or fax number above.
Should a parent deny the PDA Companies use or collection of Personally Identifiable Information, then certain activities and functions for which such information was requested may not be available.
